The Santa Monica Pier, after a storm. The tide is low, the waves are fierce, and there is one seagull attempting to fly in the strong wind. The clouds are huge, and the sun is just beginning to peak through them.

    I can figure this one out. Glad to hear Santa Monica has
    banned plastic bags.
